Goonj organized a three-day collection drive at the Himachal Pradesh University Institute of Legal Studies, Ava-Lodge, Shimla from 20th to 22nd October 2022, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Goonj, an organization working for alleviation of poverty and enhancing the dignity of the underprivileged people.
The Institute coordinators for the event were Dr. Gitanjali Thapar, Assistant Professor(HPUILS) and Parul Singh Chauhan, a student of 9thS emester.During the camp, a large number of students and faculty members came forward and donated clothes, blankets, shoes and various other items in a huge amount. The students of the institution also helped in organizing the collection camp.The event was a huge success.
